This return policy applies to all orders shipped to the United States.
30-Day Return Policy
At Tammy Boutique, we want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, our return process is simple and clear.
Return Policy Summary
Return Period: You can return items within 30 days from the date you receive them.
Conditions: Returned items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
No Restocking Fees: We never charge restocking fees on returns.
Cancelling Your Order
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this window, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please follow the standard return process once your order arrives. To cancel, email us at support@tammy-boutique.com with your order number.
Return Shipping Costs
Damaged, defective or wrong items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we cover the return shipping costs.
Other returns: If you ordered the wrong size or product, or changed your mind after purchase, the return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send you a free replacement, or a full refund if a replacement is not available.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact us: Email your order number and the reason for your return to support@tammy-boutique.com. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
2. Approval and instructions: We will confirm your return by email and send you the return address and instructions.
3. Pack your item: Pack the item securely, including all tags and accessories.
4. Ship your return: Send the item to the return address in our instructions. Returns go to our returns warehouse in China, so please allow extra time for your return to reach us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds
Inspection: Once your return arrives, we inspect it to confirm it meets the conditions above.
Refund: If your return is approved, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
You can exchange an item for a different size, color or product within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect your original item, the replacement is shipped to you free of charge. To arrange an exchange, please contact our support team.
