How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A buckled strap and a row of grommets wrap the outer side of the shaft.
An ankle boot with a fold-over shaft that turns down at the top and drapes over the foot. It sits on a square toe and a low stacked block heel, with a short lace detail across the instep.
✓ Buckled side strap:
A narrow strap with a metal buckle runs around the back of the ankle.
✓ Grommet panel:
A vertical tab carries large metal eyelets ringed with small studs.
✓ Studded shaft:
A line of round studs runs down the inner side of the shaft.
✓ Square toe and block heel:
A squared-off toe on a low stacked heel with a studded welt.
