How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.
Is it safe to pay here?

A low lace-up sneaker with a round toe, a padded collar and a separate panel wrapped around the heel. It sits on a thick sole that rises toward the back, and the collar ends just below the ankle bone.
✓ Perforated upper:
Small punched holes run across the toe and along both sides.
✓ Lace-up front:
Speckled laces thread through round metal eyelets for an adjustable hold.
✓ Contrast heel panel:
A smooth panel with a raised tab wraps the back of the heel.
✓ Raised sole:
A thick sole lifts the heel higher than the toe, with grip ridges underneath.
With cuffed straight jeans that show the ankle.
A soft, even surface with visible stitching along the panels.

I kept running into the same problem: the clothes I loved were too expensive, and the ones I could afford didn’t last. So I started looking for pieces that look good, feel good and are fairly priced, with one simple rule:
If I wouldn’t wear it, it doesn’t go in the collection.
