How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A pointed ankle boot on a low block heel, in a high-shine metallic finish with a mid-height shaft. It carries an outfit on its own, which is the point of owning one pair like this.

A long, clean point that extends the line of the leg and keeps the boot looking sharp rather than sturdy.
✓ Low block heel:
Wide enough to stand and walk on properly, so the shape is not paid for in comfort.
✓ High-shine finish:
A metallic surface that catches light and does the work a piece of jewelry would.

Sits above the ankle bone, which is what stops a pointed boot cutting the leg at its widest point.
