How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A knee-high boot that fits like a sock.
A knee-high boot with a stretch knit shaft, a smooth leather-look foot and a zip on the inside, on a block heel. The knit takes the calf as it comes, which is the whole reason for it.
✓ Stretch knit shaft:
Knitted rather than cut, so it follows the leg instead of gaping or gripping.
✓ Smooth foot:
A clean toe and vamp against the knit, which keeps it from reading as a slipper.
✓ Block heel:
A squared heel with a real footprint under it.
✓ Inner side zip:
Set on the inside where the knit meets the foot, so the outer line stays unbroken.
Under a midi dress, or over the thinnest jeans you own.
Hand wash the knit shaft cool and dry flat. Wipe the foot clean.
Close through the leg, stretching to the calf.

I kept running into the same problem: the clothes I loved were too expensive, and the ones I could afford didn’t last. So I started looking for pieces that look good, feel good and are fairly priced, with one simple rule:
If I wouldn’t wear it, it doesn’t go in the collection.
